  • Payment must be completed before order confirmation, except for Cash on Delivery (COD), where applicable.

4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

  • An order is confirmed only after we contact you or issue an order confirmation message.

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment only. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery time may vary depending on location and courier service.

  • Surprise Bangladesh is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling are not eligible for return or refund.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • For COD orders, customers must pay the full amount at the time of delivery.

  • Refusal of COD orders without valid reason may result in future order restrictions.

8. User Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • Surprise Bangladesh will not be liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, images, and designs used by Surprise Bangladesh are our property and may not be copied, reused, or reproduced without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Surprise Bangladesh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
