1. Order Placement

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation message or call.
Surprise Bangladesh reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or incomplete customer information.
2. Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Processing time may be longer during holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods.
3. Delivery Time
Inside Dhaka: Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days
Outside Dhaka: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on courier service, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges vary based on location, package size, and courier rates.
Applicable delivery fees will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for selected locations.
Customers must pay the full amount at the time of delivery.
Unjustified refusal of COD orders may result in restriction on future orders.
6. Delivery Partners
We use reliable third-party courier services to deliver your orders.
Once shipped, tracking details may be provided upon request.
7. Failed or Delayed Delivery
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of the customer, or refusal to receive the order, the customer may be required to bear additional delivery charges.
Surprise Bangladesh is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or events beyond our control.
8. Product Inspection
Customers are requested to check the package in front of the delivery personnel when possible.
Any issues such as damage or missing items must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.
