At Surprise Bangladesh, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition as received
    • In the original packaging
    • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care or hygiene items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us first to confirm availability.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it will be treated as a return.
